  1. Thodica Limited (we, us, our) operates the website thodica.com including any and all subdomains (the Website). These terms of service (Terms) set out the terms and conditions on which we agree to permit visitors (you, your) to access and use the Website. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms, as altered by us from time to time. If you do not wish to agree to these Terms, including any updated version of these Terms, you must stop using the Website. Additional Terms may apply depending on which of our Services you use, and will be available for you to agree and consent to at the time of purchase of Services.

Thodica Limited owns the copyrights and other trade mark rights to the “Thodica Globe” logo. You are not granted any rights to, and you acknowledge that you shall not gain any proprietary interest in, the Thodica trademarks including the “Thodica Globe” logo. You agree not to use the Thodica trademarks including the “Thodica Globe” logo. The copyright to all other content on this Website is either owned by us or by third parties. If you would like to copy any of this other such copyrighted content, then you must ask for, and be granted, our permission first.

  5. Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy. We and our employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new products or technologies, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not send any original creative artwork, samples, demos, or other works. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when our products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to us. Please do not send your unsolicited ideas to us or anyone who works for us. If despite our request that you not send us your ideas and materials, you still send them, please understand we make no assurances that your ideas and materials will be treated as confidential or proprietary.

If these Terms and the additional terms conflict, then the additional terms will control for that conflict.
